Arthrogen-CIA® CPEL-HI Capture ELISA measures native or denatured human type I collagen. This kit is designed to quantify human type I collagen from cell and/or tissue culture or from tissue homogenates and is recommended for studying type I collagen metabolism both in vivo and in vitro. Each kit contains a human type I collagen standard and all neccessary reagents, buffers and an ELISA plate to measure 80 samples.
