Arthrogen-CIA® complete ELISA kits to measure serum levels of type II collagen antibody are available. These ELISA kits have been developed to minimize non-specific reactions caused by serum components (see references 3&4). A standard kit with one species of type II collagen will measure 80 samples for the rat or mouse kit and 40 samples for the human. Each kit contains a reference standard.
