Using branched DNA (bDNA) signal amplification in association with bead-based multiplex technology, we can analyze up to 30 genes in a single sample allowing for high-throughput screening of small sample volumes.
Sample types:
- whole blood
- cultured cells
- fresh or frozen tissues
- formalin-fixed or embedded tissue
Providing high sensitivity, a dynamic detection range and a high level of reproducibility, our gene expression service allows the ability to compare effects of gene inducton in different tissues as well as investigate the effects of drug treatment on disease.
Data: The following graphs show gene expression in joints from a Collagen Antibody Induced Arthritis (CAIA) study. Joints were isolated on days 0, 4, 7, and 12 from both a vehicle and a dexamethasone (1 mg/kg) treated group. Homogenized joints were assayed for mRNA levels expressed as median fluorescent units (MFI). Mean values are shown with error bars representing SEM.
