MBP-induced EAE preclinical disease model

MBP-induced EAE results in a single relapse that is characterized mainly by hind paralysis. On the histology level, this model is characterized by infiltration of mononuclear cells to the cervical spinal cord and formation of foci. This EAE model is self-limiting and does not show demyelination.
